William R. Schubert has represented domestic and international clients in a variety of settings ranging from traditional litigation to alternative dispute resolution (ADR). His accomplishments include winning a jury verdict for a Taiwanese entity in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and representing Latin American exporters in contract negotiations and in disputes against their U.S. distributors.
In addition to his work in California, Mr. Schubert had the privilege of working with a renowned public works construction attorney in Chile. Mr. Schubert is fluent in Spanish.
At Nida & Romyn, P.C., Mr. Schubert works on public works and private construction projects in arbitration and litigation, including before arbitration panels and single arbitrators.
Mr. Schubert has authored or coauthored article and manuals, including related to the role of dispute resolution boards in the construction industry.
